What is the difference between ordinary Natrol melatonin and release time?
My doctor recommended to me, but did not say whether to get just the release of melatonin or time. Could someone please help me?
If you are using to help restore a pattern irregular sleep, which can make either version. And does not need much. 300 micrograms per day is sufficient. (Remember that 1000 micrograms in a milligram, so do not overdo it.) Take it at dinnertime. Sleeping with the lights off and in a quiet room. If you want to take if the immune regulation or influence, then the amount would be higher and will take at bedtime. I seriously doubt that this would be the target if not specify how to take, however.
