about liver aide & milk thistle?
For 4 years now, everyday, i have been taking milk thistle & liver aide, is that good for the liver?
Scientific research has shown that milk thistle does have benificial qualities that can help the liver. I don’t know anything about liver aide. I don’t know why you think your liver needs help, but milk thistle is not going to help anything serious like cirrhosis. I took it for several years before my transplant and it did nothing for me. It was the only liver supplement (for lack of a better word) that my transplant doctors allowed me to take. They told me what I told you about it. They also told me they thought it would do nothing for my liver, but I could take it if I wanted because it wasn’t going to hurt it either.
