Has anyone had results with the use of dietary supplements to treat acne?
I'm almost 32yrs old and suffer from mild acne and have tried everything to get it under control, I drink lots of water a day, watch my diet and I wash my face every day. Now I am thinking about using dietary supplements such time to help me keep it under control, I am planning to use Blackmores Skin Support tablets. Has anyone had success using these products either this one or the other?
Yes, dietary supplements are wonderful for treating and preventing acne. Chelated zinc is the best, most effective acne treatment I've tried. Good luck!
